FAQ – For the competitor
Where do I get my results?
Go to the event website and there will be a link direct to the results ready in advance. If you cannot find the link or it doesn’t appear to be working, look on our Home page and see the link under Recent Results. Our results site is kept on www.blueChipResults.com.au.
I forgot to wear my timing chip. Can you help?
We will do the best we can with any anecdotal evidence i.e. our manual back-up times, photographic evidence, your own watch time or knowing where you placed in relation to another competitor. Email us with your full name, name and date of the event you raced in, gender, race number and race category. Please note that if the addition of your time changes the standings of a race with regards to prizes or point scoring, you will need to liaise with the event organisers directly to discuss.
I can’t see my time in the results. Can you help?
Please make sure that you are searching the correct race event results and the correct year! If you are still unable to find your name or race number, please email us with your full name, name and date of the event you raced in, gender, race number and race category.
My time is wrong. Can you change it?
Email us with your full name, name and date of the event you raced in, gender, race number and race category and what time you did, what time the clock displayed or another competitor you finished with. We will look at the raw data for you and get back to you within 2 working days.
I forgot to hand back my timing band. What should I do?
Please post the band to:
blueChipTiming Pty Ltd
PO Box 185
West Perth WA 6872
Australia
with a note that clearly details your name and the race you entered.
Please note you need to pay a postage of more than the standard envelope. It should be approximately $1.20, please check with your post office. If any bands are received with underpaid postage charges, the difference will be passed on to you.
Alternatively, contact the event organiser and return the timing band to them directly.
