At TriEvents, we are always looking for ways to make our Telstra Triathlon Series even bigger, better and more exciting than the season before! In 2014/15 we are excited to announce a NEW location for Race 3 of the Telstra Triathlon Series!! The City of Busselton will play host to Race 3 in 2015. The venue will be the Port Geographe Marina – a picturesque triathlon location that boasts a Marina Swim Course (the only one in WA), a fast and flat 2 Lap bike course for the Olympic Distance event and a unique run course. It will be worth the trip to race in Busselton like never before!
In 2015, the City of Busselton have come on board to host the premier Olympic Distance Triathlon on the Triathlon WA Calendar of events. The City of Busselton Triathlon is the State Olympic Distance Triathlon Championship for Age Group and Elite Competitors; and will also host the Enticer Triathlon for Novice participants and The Sunday Times Chillout Tadpoles Triathlon for kids aged 7-11yrs.

Pursuit (Olympic Distance) – 1500m Swim, 40km Cycle and 10km Run
Enticer – 250m Swim, 10km Cycle and 2km Run
The Sunday Times Chillout! Tadpoles Triathlon – 100m Swim, 3km Cycle and 500m Run
Please Note: Minimum Ages for each Event
Pursuit Olympic Distance Race – Minimum Age 15 yrs as of 31/12/2014 (if you turn 15 in February you will be unable to compete in this race);
There will be no U16 State Championship Title at the City of Busselton Race, 15 year old participants will be moved up to the 16 – 19 category for this race; if a 15 year old finishes in the top 3 in the 16-19 category then they will receive the 16-19 medal.
14 yr old participants will only have the option of racing in the enticer at the City of Busselton Race.
